Up for sale is my "personal airliner", which has served me well over the last 18 years on flights throughout Europe and the USA .
A fully loaded M20-K 231, with all useful modifications available and in many respects comes close to a 252 and in some areas goes beyond it.
180 KTAS at 11 - 12 gph (ROP !) and a range of 1500 miles are hard to beat.
