Renowned for their great load lifting capabilities in both weight and volume, you will also happily cruise around 160 knots and with that 235hp engine she climbs very well too. Especially noticeable at higher altitudes and if you were to venture higher with the use of oxygen you would find an additional 15 knots of speed in your cruise.
The previous owners of F-GD have gone the extra mile and upgraded the avionics to feature a Garmin GFC500 Autopilot, Garmin GNS 530AW, GNC420W and 2x Garmin G5’s. This is such a good set up and allows pilots to really finesse their instrument flying. The engine was recently overhauled and has around 250 hours since, all the expensive upgrades have been completed on this machine making her a ready to go aircraft. The aircraft is being sold with a fresh annual & arc and best of all this 182 has just come out of paint rejuvenation so its a highly presentable aircraft of its type.
