Engine details;
This engine is overhauled and assembled i.a.w. Continental manual X30009 in 2016.
All steel and aluminium parts inspected as required.
Engine assy using cylinder assemblies, Nuchromed to standard by Aircraft Cylinders of America.
New FAA-PMA pistons, new valves, valvesprings, master rod bearing, rings, seals and gaskets.
A5160 cam reground by Aero Recip i.a.w. Air Repair Inc. Service Bulletin Ar014.
Installed new thrust bearing and improved roller main bearing as per STC SE01145SE.
VMN7DFA mags s/n 38528 and s/n 47083 modified per STC SE04135AT, overhauled and installed per STC 7491SW.
Installed NAR6G carburetor s/n 5932667 overhauled by Aircraft Accessories of Sebring Inc.
New Skytronics ignition harness wiring and 14 REM37BY sparkplugs.
Incorporated Air Repair Inc service bulletins AR003, AR004, AR005, AR006, AR007,AR009, AR010, AR011, AR012,AR013, AR014

Aircraft overhauled to a high standard in 1993:
Details:
Airframe completely disassembled,
Fuselage shot blasted and primed using Randolph epoxy zink chromate, sloshed with unseed oil.
All hardware reassembled per Boeing manual AN01-70AC-2
Tailgroup:
Airlongs uncovered, shot blasted and primed with Stits epoxy zink chromate
Recovered these parts with Stits D103 Fabric, prepped with Poly brush, Polyspray wet sanded and finish painted with Stits 2K Aerothane.
All Aluminium panels prepped with stits Alumadyne, then finish painted with Stits 2K Aerothane.
Fuselage recovered with Stits D-103 Fabric, prepped with Stits Polybrush, Polyspray and 2K Aerothane.
4 Wings and control section completely refurbished, all new bearings installed for airlong system.
Recovered with Stits D-103 Fabric prepped with Polybrush, Polyspray with finishcoats of 2K Aerothane.
Wings, centre section and tail group all aluminium panels installed and rigged using Boeing erection manual AN-01-70AC-2 section III.
All new AN hardware used throughout.
New overhauled instruments installed in both cockpits.
New battery installed at original location
