Stelio Frati designer Aircraft the F.14 Nibbio is an all wooden fabric covered and four seat.
Difficult to find.
The aircraft need restored.
This F14 is a special edition and the Fuselage is 16cm lower of the standard Nibbio.
This was done directly from Stelio Frati for the first owner and with this plane was won four ride of Sicily.
