For less than the price of Cessna FRA150 Aerobat you could have a long nose aerobatic mount with all the sixties charm of a world gone by. The passenger in the back, in our photos, hair blowing in the wind just happened to nicely summarise what the Moravan Zlin 326 excels at. Those summer aero sorties of easy aerobatics (+3.5/-1G) and precision tailwheel flying. It’s an easy aeroplane to work on, and an easy aeroplane on Avgas burning 30L per hour in normal cruise and 36L doing gentle aero’s. Parts support is better than you would imagine, and the prices of the spare parts are like the prices for Cessna parts - 30 years ago.

Airplane time state
|
At the last annual in November 2022 the total time was 3315hrs and the Walter Minor 6-III had compressions of 74/72/69/71/67/71. The engine has 357hrs SMOH by Walter Motors Prague at January 2008. The fixed pitch prop, and the fact you solo it from the front differentiates the 326 from the 526 we have for sale. The wooden prop has no life limits and has 1313hrs SPOH.

Avionics
|
The radio has been updated by the current owners to a Trig TY91 8.33Khz/TC90 Controller.

Options
|
If an EASA PPL is required for UK licence holders, that can be accommodated provided you can pass the 2 TK exams. If ongoing maintenance is required the existing engineer is happy to stay on board
|

Remarks
|
The current owner has refurbished the tip tanks but they are not fitted at this time. Additionally he has some very useful spares and tools included with the aircraft
